French Stoneware Jug

Lovely French stoneware jug with a beautifully worn glaze and classic farmhouse form. These small jugs were common in 19th century French kitchens and farmhouses, used daily for water, wine, oil or cider. The speckled glaze and surface wear show its years of use. Looks beautiful with a few stems or sitting simply on a shelf.
