Antique French Pastry Wheel

Antique French wooden pastry wheels, traditionally used for crimping and cutting pie crust. Each has a fluted wheel and a turned wooden handle that fits nicely in the hand.

These were common kitchen tools in France in the late 1800s and early 1900s, used to seal the edges of pies and tarts while also creating a decorative edge.

The wood has a beautiful aged patina from years of use, and each one has its own slightly different tone and wear. They’re still functional, but they also look wonderful displayed in a small crock or confit pot with other old kitchen tools.
